Puncher.com and Magic Cap are two partner companies. Puncher.com specializes in embroidery digitizing while Magic Cap handles the embroidery production. They were founded in March 1993 in the city of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, by Almiro Guimarães and D. Bossi.
